This Privacy Policy explains how DevsMachina ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data submitted through devsmachina.app. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

When you submit the early access or waitlist form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your store URL (optional)
• Your IP address (collected automatically by Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention)

If you accept cookies, we also collect anonymous usage analytics via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including pages visited, time on site, approximate geographic location (country/city level), device and browser type. IP addresses are anonymized and no personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.

2. Why we collect it

We collect this data solely to:

• Add you to the early access waitlist
• Contact you about DevsMachina product updates and launch
• Prevent spam and abuse through Cloudflare Turnstile
• Understand how visitors use the site and improve its content (GA4 analytics, only with your consent)

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the above.

3. How we store and process your data

Form submissions are processed and stored by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form service. Formspree stores your submission data on their servers. You can review Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Spam prevention is handled by Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser signals to determine whether a form submission is human. You can review Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google may log your IP address when fonts are requested. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

If you accept cookies, anonymous usage data is collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Analytics are loaded with a 2-second delay after page load, IP anonymization is enabled, and GA4 is only initialized after you grant consent via the cookie banner. Google Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy and opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. How long we keep your data

We retain your data for as long as necessary to manage the waitlist and notify you about the product launch. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies

This website uses the following cookies:

• Cloudflare Turnstile — may set a functional cookie necessary for spam prevention on form submissions.
• Google Fonts — may set a cookie when fonts are loaded from Google's servers.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — sets analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to distinguish users and sessions for anonymous usage tracking. These cookies are only set if you accept cookies via the consent banner.
• Cookie consent — we store your cookie banner choice in localStorage so the banner does not reappear.
